Online remote support

In addition to support by telephone or Skype, DDS also offers the use the proven capabilities of its online remote support. By using the Remote Admin tool our support team has direct access to DDS-CAD on your computer and can explain to you the optimal solution within your specific project environment.

Support & maintenance contract

Our support team will always find a solution to your challenges. Whenever you are stuck or facing difficulties when planning your projects, our engineers can assist you in providing quick and easy solutions, without you loosing too much productivity.

To receive priority support, an active software maintenance contract is required. Please contact your local sales representative for more details if you wish to join our program. Support is available during working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding statuary holidays. DDS' support team always aims to resolve your problems as quickly as possible.
